If I had to give a subtitle, it would be “Strength is Love. A young man loves his ex-girlfriend so much that he can see her back at a glance. However, “she” had already married another man. (The young man stopped her by her maiden name.)
The young man regrets that he could not reveal his feelings to her “if only at that time,” but seeing her happy now, he himself says, “I will never hesitate to pursue my love again. The song is by no means negative.

The vibrato, expressiveness, etc. are wonderful. Hideki is 24 years old.

In Japan, the family name changes when one gets married. The expression of this area is excellent.
